Yarn has dye lots where a select batch of yarn shares the same dye lot number. In this tutorial, I show you why that is but also where to find it. Some yarns indicate no dye lot as they precisely match but specialty yarns such as variegated and more do share a dye lot for precise colour matching. In most cases you won't see the difference of a dye lot.
