If you have safety eyes that have pupils where the pupils are black and has a surrounding eye colour that isn't what you want. If the colour is painted on, you can scrap off the paint/colour and apply new colour either with a magic marker or new colour of paint. I have only been able to find safety eyes online on Amazon or crafting-based websites. It's a cheap way to change the colours without having to buy different safety eyes.
