I spent 3 hours fighting with myself to cast on 64 bloody stitches with double point needles only to fail. My friend Tanya is an avid knitter. I think she just wanted to grab my needles and do it for me. I got some great advice from her and Bruce but she did the cast on and 2 rounds in 10 minutes versus my three hours!
