What is Slip, Slip, Knit - SSK Stitch with Knitting
The act of Slip Stitching in Knitwise is more than just moving the loops from one needle to another. You have to pretend you are going to knit but don't actually do it. The first two slip stiches are done as Slip Knitwise. So you insert your needles in as if you were going to knit but don't wrap the needle, just transfer one at a time to the other needle. This is helping to turn the stitch look around for the best look possible. Then, you will transfer the 2 loops back to the original needle and then put then together to knit, like knitting 2 together. This is known as SSK in abbreviations. #knitting #learntoknit #knittingstitches This video is closed-captioned for the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities. The captioning is also available in multiple languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The written pattern is only available in English. __________________ FOLLOW US Website - https://ift.tt/QRWTh5K Facebook Page - https://ift.tt/I9SBfGz Facebook The Crochet Crowd Stitch Social - https://ift.tt/YMSkgLV Tik Tok - https://ift.tt/JFh2lXo Instagram - https://ift.tt/dqVtHY9 Ravelry - https://ift.tt/lGZiYVS
